Our Return Policy
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
Sale, clearance, and custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Email us at Support@orinovahome.comm with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
3️⃣ Pack your items securely and ship them back to us.
4️⃣ Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help you exchange it (if available).
Contact us at Support@orinovahome.com to arrange an exchange.
Exchanges are processed once we receive your returned item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If needed, iron on low heat.
Avoid direct high heat on delicate fabrics.

Washing
We stand by the quality of our products. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect:
✅ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
✅ Include your order number and photos of the issue.
✅ We’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
It may take 5–7 business days after approval to appear on your statement.
We’ll notify you when your refund is processed.
